CDSR is the first company in China that developed oil suction and discharge hoses for offshore moorings(marine hoses as per OCIMF-1991, the fourth edition) and obtained the first national patent on that in the year 2004, then as the first and the only company in China, CDSR had its first prototype approved and certified by BV in the year 2007. Now, CDSR has been approved for both single carcass hose and double carcass hose as per OCIMF-GMPHOM 2009. CDSR supplied its first marine hose string in the year 2008, and supplied the first marine hose string with its own brand CDSR to CNOOC in the year 2016, then was awarded “The Best Contractor of HYSY162 Platform” by CNOOC in the year 2017. CDSR is now a leading and also the biggest manufacture of marine oil hoses in China.</span>

With more than 120 employees, among whom 30 are technicians and managerial staff, CDSR has long been committed to technological development and self-improvement, and so far has obtained more than 60 national patents and passed the Quality Management System Certification (ISO 9001:2015), the Environmental Management System Certification (ISO 14001:2015) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification (ISO 45001:2018). With a production plant of 37000 square meters and a variety of state-of-the-art production and testing equipment, CDSR is able to produce 20000 high quality rubber hoses per year.

     So far, having a technical team with over 370 years combined experience in rubber hose designing and manufacture, CDSR has supplied hundreds of thousands of rubber hoses both in China and abroad, many of which are of reordering. Submarine Oil Hoses

Submarine oil suction and discharge hose can meet the service requirement of fixed oil production platform, jack up drilling platform, single bouy mooring system, refining plant and wharf warehouse. They are mainly applied in Single Point Mooring systems, SPM includes Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) system (also known as Single Bouy Mooring (SBM)), Single Anchor Leg Mooring (SALM) system, and turret mooring system.
